Bravera customer Scott Fuglesten brought SF Crop Consulting LLC to the Cando community in December 2020. SF Crop Consulting provides customers with full-season crop monitoring, tissue sampling, and conventional and zone soil sampling. Scott also offers precision fertilizer and seed VR mapping services. These services help farmers with seed selection, crop planning, and chemistry management.

Scott’s desire to become an agronomist began in high school when he worked for a local farmer who had a crop consultant monitor his crops. Growing up around agriculture and seeing the impact a crop consultant could make, Scott knew the agronomy field was for him.

Before starting SF Crop Consulting, Scott worked as an agronomist and sales representative in the cooperative system for 20 years. While he enjoyed his time as a cooperative agronomist, he decided to start his own crop consulting business. This allowed him to focus more on consulting farmers rather than selling them products.
