Tina: We both like this pairing because we are optimistic and genuinely happy people. We hope that our clients feel this positivity when we work with them.
 
Jodie: I like "sunshine and smiles" because it evokes positivity and happiness. It’s memorable and creates a friendly, caring image that brings warmth and comfort to people.

How long have you worked together?

Tina: We have been working together for about six months, but we became friends quickly due to our similar work ethics and moral compasses.
 
Jodie: Six months.

What is the best part about working with each other?

Tina: Coming from different backgrounds, we learn from each other all the time in a very supportive way.
 
Jodie: Shared knowledge and experience. Tina and I have a great support system and enjoy sharing information and exploring new perspectives together.

What have you learned from each other?

Tina: The biggest lesson I’ve learned from Jodie is to step back and celebrate the small wins. Positive feedback from a referral partner may not be a sale at that moment, but it’s a step in the right direction and deserves recognition, just like the actual sale.
 
Jodie: I have someone to help me and work with me. Tina shares her knowledge and keeps me motivated. Together, we can solve problems and come up with new ideas.
