Jennifer: Just over a year since Cassie joined the Bravera team.

What's your favorite thing about your community?
Jennifer: Our community is close-knit, extending beyond the city limits. People are helpful, caring, and passionate about supporting local businesses and organizations.
Cassie: My favorite thing about the community is the support in Minot. It's amazing how people come together to support organizations, events, and local businesses. It's rewarding to be a part a community like Minot that helps others by supporting them. Some of my favorite ways to support the community are through volunteering, visiting new local businesses, and attending events such as Minot Hot Tots games and the North Dakota State Fair.
What do you do for fun at work?
Jennifer: Celebrate wins! Whether it’s treats for a group or a personal note to an employee or client, celebrating achievements with others keeps work fun and positive.
Cassie: Our days are busy, but if the time allows, I enjoy dropping into Jennifer’s office for a quick chat. Our offices are right next to each other, so it’s nice to be able to stop in and catch up during the day. We share stories, give each other project updates, and celebrate our wins.
