The September issue of Prairie Business is out and Bravera has been named one of the 50 Best Places to Work.

According to a news release, employees in the region nominated their companies and highlighted some reasons as to why they think their place of business is a great place to work.

Some topics included workplace culture, growth opportunities, teamwork and individual responsibility, employee morale, and more.

There were a total of 1,700 nominations.

When people feel valued and appreciated, when they have a voice and take pride in their work, it’s reflected in their job performance.” said Prairie Business Editor Carrie McDermott. “Also important is how a company supports its employees by helping them grow. Providing a healthy work-life balance and the benefits it offers are important factors in the success and well-being of a company and its employees. These are things that make employees want to stay long-term.”
